I was busy these days in some personnel stuff & was not able to write anything. Sharing a nice little Tip of Exchange 2010.

If you want to quickly move the mailbox databases to relevant DAG Nodes based on activation preference , Exchange has an inbuilt script to do this Job.

RedistributeActiveDatabases.ps1

.\RedistributeActiveDatabases.ps1 -DagName “DAG1” -BalanceDbsByActivationPreference

Location: \Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Scripts

It will report the summary & prompt if move is required
