Hi Readers,

We have got a new requirement from Legal team as they need a account which should have readony rights across all the sites.

I was wondering  how It can be done but its really simple to achieve this goal.

Go to–> Central admin –> Manage Web Applications

Select the web application –>Select user policy

ADD users –> click next on ALL zones Pop up

Add user account & Assign Full read permissions

Repeat the same steps for other web application if you have.
