Converting Word documents to HTML can be an essential task, especially for web developers and content creators who need to maintain the formatting and structure of their documents online.
One powerful tool for this purpose is Mammoth, a library designed to convert .docx files to clean and simple HTML.
How do you do conversion from word documents to HTML?
I used to use word feature but than I have to deal with lot issues related to formatting and other structural issues and lot of word garbage inside HTML as well.
I have found this tool which generally python developers utilize but now it has become critical for us when ever we need conversion.
https://pypi.org/project/mammoth/
Install Mammoth and then simply utilize it. (assuming basic knowledge on python package installation)
pip install mammoth
- Create folder and place your word document inside it.

- Cd to that path and run the below command as shown
mammoth.exe .\Refresh.docx C:\HTMLMammoth\DesktopProject\refresh.html

You will be amazed; it will generate the HTML and majority of formatting will be intact and little work is involved.
