You can easily add useful information on the wallpaper of Server by using bginfo

bginfo can be downloaded from sysinternals:

After downloading the bginfo copy the bginfo in a bginfo folder in program files

double click it & remove the settings that you dont require, click save as bginfsettings.bgi in same folder

Now go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\ & create a batch file bginfo.bat & add

below lines in it:

“C:\Program Files\BgInfo\Bginfo.exe” /timer:0 “C:\Program Files\bginfo\BgInfsettings.bgi”

Now any user who will log in to the server will get for example below screen:
