I was searching something & found something useful & want to share it with you all..

We can change windows explorer behaviour –>how it handles permissions when files or folders are moved.

If you want to preserve the permissions when you copy or move files/folders to different volume

  1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Openbox, and then press ENTER., just do the below registry tweak:
  2. Locate and then click the following registry key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
  3. On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following registry value:
    Value name: ForceCopyAclwithFile
    Data type: DWORD
    Value data: 1
